Who Are We?
We are 3rd Bedford Boys’ Brigade, based at Priory Methodist Church, Bedford, providing a fun, structured, and supportive environment for children and young people.
We are part of The Boys’ Brigade, a national uniformed youth organisation with groups in around 750 local communities across the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland. As part of The Boys’ Brigade, we offer a weekly programme of activities that helps young people build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy new challenges in a friendly and welcoming setting.

Our programme is delivered across four age groups, each offering activities and experiences suited to different stages of development. Every section focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and practical skills in a fun and supportive environment.
A fun and active introduction to Boys’ Brigade, with games, crafts, teamwork, and learning through play.
A varied programme of activities and challenges that encourage curiosity, confidence, and teamwork.
More adventurous and skills-based activities that help young people develop independence, responsibility, and teamwork.
Youth-led sessions focused on social activities, new challenges, and opportunities to take on leadership roles.

For Boys Aged 5–18
Join the 3rd Bedford Boys’ Brigade and be part of the fun! Take part in games, challenges, crafts, and activities, make new friends, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
For Volunteers
Help run sessions and activities for our young members! Full training and DBS vetting are provided, so you’ll be fully prepared to get involved and make a difference.
