  • Coffee Morning – February 2026

What a fantastic morning we had at our churches coffee morning on Saturday 7th February. The turnout was amazing so much so we had to set up more tables we were that busy! Our boys were busy learning new skills making hot drinks, serving cakes and even doing some washing up.

A message from our Chaplain Liz :
“Well done to all of you, leaders and boys, who worked so hard on Saturday at the coffee morning. It was great to see so many folk there supporting you and I heard lots of positive comments from church members who were very impressed by the way you worked together to look after all your guests. You were a credit to BB, to your families and most of all, to yourselves. Well done!”

A huge thank you to everyone who made this our best coffee morning to date. Thanks to you all we raised an incredible £711.54 plus £177.88 in gift aid giving us a mind blowing total of £889.42!!!

Fingers crossed our next coffee morning will be as successful. Why not join us on 4th July 10AM to 12PM for an American themed morning.

A very happy and proud Captain and team👏

  • Remembrance Parade 2025

A huge Well Done to all the boys who attended the Remembrance parade. You did yourselves and the company proud. We had an almost full turnout from the Company section and a full set of Juniors, along with some of our Anchors.

It was great to see former staff members and supporters along the route. Everyone contributed to laying the wreath at the memorial with pride and respect.

A very happy and proud Captain 👏

  • Sheringham Camp 2025

What an incredible weekend at Sheringham! Our boys had a fun-packed schedule full of adventure, learning, and laughs:

    • Friday: Lunch at Glanford Church, followed by a walk through the beautiful natural surroundings, then settling in for dinner and evening amusements.
    • Saturday: After breakfast and inspections, we went on a seal-spotting boat trip to Blakeney Point — a real highlight of the weekend! Later, we visited The Muckleborough Collection, exploring tanks, armored vehicles, and military history up close. The day finished with park games and a movie night.
    • Sunday: A pre-church walk, service, swimming, lunch, and then back to Bedford.

The boys had a fantastic time trying new activities and creating memories they’ll never forget. From teamwork on the beach to spotting seals and exploring tanks, it was a weekend full of adventure and fun.

A huge thank you to all our leaders and volunteers — your hard work and support made it all possible.
